Gonna keep the Big Boi-related vibes from yeterday going with a few other tracks I missed while out of town...
I know I been talking up Janelle Monáe crazy recently but in the end I have to say her ArchAndroid album was kind of a disappointment after I called her the best new artists on the planet. There's some joints on it no doubt but overall its too long and kind of meanders with some real slow periods. I thought homegirl could have delivered a Miseducation-type of classic album but to be honest she kind of dropped the ball! I'll still go see her live if she ever makes it to the T.dot though 'cos she's still amazing live and this remix of her first single is pretty good too!

B.o.B - Airplanes feat. Haley Williams of Paramore
This premiered two days ago on B.O.B.'s website and its on the rock tip... kind of. I won't give away the download because TJ and crew wanted y'all to go there to check it out but here's a stream right here to save you a click or two. I will say though that they have a ton of other content over there for you to check out and they've been going hard this past week waving the flag for the April 27 release of the B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray album so maybe pay them a visit anyway? Seriously though, B.o.B. is a serious spitter who can also write real songs and is a talented musician in the vein of a Wyclef Jean. If that don't add up to new star and hit album, I don't know what does....
