So its confirmed, no 3-Stacks (as featured on "Royal Flush" or "Lookin' For Ya") on the Sir Lucious Left Foot... album. I don't know the whole back-story obviously, but on the face of it, that just seems like some mean-spirited sh-t on the part of Jive Records to deny the clearances so that Big could have his potna on his solo album debut....

New Music: Big Boi - Shutterbugg
FIYA With real talkbox used properly, not this autotune f-ckery! I still think that Jive shoulda got behind the "Shine Blockas" track with Gucci Mane with a real radio push, proper video (not this) etc. and maybe he wouldn't be on Def Jam now but it is what it is. Trust me though, when his Sir Lucious Leftfoot: Son of Chico Dusty album drops, it will be considered one of the best hip hop albums of the year by anyone who has any real taste in hip hop.

Crown City Rockers is a Hip-Hop band that have been captivating audiences with their live shows for years and I took on the task producing tracks to complement their style. Video: Big Boi Speaks on the Sir Lucious Leftfoot album
With Maurice Garland. So I guess not quite yet signed to Def Jam like he claimed in an Eye magazine interview last month. As I said on Bodega Radio last week, I've heard the album (or at least the version that existed at that point a few months ago) and it's SICK! When it drops, it will be considered one of the best hip hop albums of the year and will (hopefully) end the ongoing underrating of Big Boi as compared to 3-Stacks. [via Big Boi]
