President Obama visits the Late Show with David Letterman and talks about health care reform and the controversy surrounding his plan as well as other issues:

Agree? Me, I'm not sure Obama is right here when I see photos like this, but I know he's saying the politically smart thing here instead of what he may or may not really feel.
