Video: Shad - "The Old Prince Still Lives at Home"
Some of you probably saw this months ago when it first came out. This is Canadian too but I can't even say "Tdot, stand up" 'cos homeboy's actually from London, Ontario, a college town a couple hours away from Toronto.
So this is wild cheesy but at the same time, kind of genius (and very funny). It's basically a scene-by-scene remake of the opening to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air TV show. Dude can really rhyme though - he reminds me of Murs or some other backpack rappers whose music I don't really listen to. Check it and tell me if you agree though. [via Del]

Throwback video feat. BDP, Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince, Skinny Boys, Kool Moe Dee, Steady B and Schoolly D Live
Possibly from an old Jive Records promo showcase? How come Grandgood or Robbie have never done an interview with former JJATFP beatboxer Ready Rock C? Or have they...? [h/t: Kobie]

The Wackness soundtrack TV spot
Featuring lead actor Josh Peck on the v/o and Tribe & Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince in the audio bed. Probably not the most prominent TV spot using "Summertime" this er... Summer though.

DJ Jazzy Jeff feat. Peedi Peedi - "Brand New Funk 2k7" (video)
I LOVE this! S'funny.... the other day Mr. Cee was playing the original version by Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince on his 'Old School at Noon' show on Hot 97: GREAT song. Anyone who thinks Will Smith wasn't hip hop is f-c kin' idiot!
