New Music: Interpol - Lights
Another alt. rock band I dig despite (or maybe because of) their penchant for ripping off UK pioneers Joy Division's post-punk steez pretty much wholesale (with, to my ears, a little Bauhaus thrown in for good measure). Not sure what's up with the wack widget above but if you haven't heard the lead single from their forthcoming new album, and you don't wanna go through all that give-up-your-email-for-a-free-mp3 baloney, check out the stream below:
