New Artist: Phil Adé - Starting on JV mixtape

This has been out a few months but not sure how many cats are up on this kid who is from Maryland and down with Raheem DeVaughn's 368 Music Group. He definitely shows a lot of promise and might appeal to those who (like me) dig Wale.
