Wyclef Jean's Yele Haiti Foundation under fiscal scrutiny. [Washington Post]
The Smoking Gun broke this 'story', I believe but it's already been put to rest:
"Tax Experts on non-profits said they couldn't find serious wrongdoing, except for a lapse of discipline in filing his taxes." [CNN Money]
But not before Clef's good name and the rep of his organization was dragged through the mud. As the homegirl JB said via twitter:
"The media discredits Wyclef's charity but guess what? He didn't wait for an earthquake to help Haïti."
