A Look at Obama and Wall Street Reform

I'm generally a liberal guy but, maybe its the the fact that I majored in economics in college, this phony populism and talk of so-called Tobin Taxes strikes me as a little disingeneous and not addressing the real problem. The recent announcement of supposed real financial market reform is a little more encouraging though.
