Bellaire Texas police officer shoots man because he's black!
Allegedly (the motivation that is, not the shooting - that's undisputable). The man is the kid pictured above, Robert Tolan the son of former Major League baseball player, Bobby Tolan who witnessed the shooting of his child in his own driveway.
