New music: Jazzanova - "I Can See (Circle Research remix)"
I prefer the original version but this remix by Toronto production team, Circle Research ain't bad. On a related note, I've actually been playing the Of All the Things
album by Jazzanova a lot recently. I wasn't sure at first but it would definitely makes my Year-end Favorite Albums list if I was doing it now.Labels: Circle Research, Jazzanova

Video: Jazzanova feat. Ben Westbeech - "I Can See"
I got the new Jazzanova album, Of All the Things a couple weeks ago from my good peoples at Giant Step and have been playing it pretty steadily since then. These dudes (from Germany, I believe) are not ground-breakers but what they do, they do very well. So well in fact that this might make it onto my year-end favorites list. If you f-ck with Gnarls Barkley, Solange, Little Brother (Phonte guests on a couple tracks on the album) and other slightly left-of-center, throwback, downtempo and Okayplayer-friendly sounds, then this is worth your time.
