The CIA: Bigger Smack Dealers than Frank Lucas and 'Freeway' Ricky Ross Combined?
Afghan president, Hamid Karzai's brother, Ahmed Wali Karzai has widely been suspected of being one of the country's leading opium (heroin) dealers.
Now comes a New York Times report today claiming he's also been on the CIA payroll for years! Ergo, ipso facto....
