New music: Jay-Z - "Ghetto Techno"

Hot or not? I think this is OK but I see it getting kind of killed online. The only person who seems to be getting beat up worse than Hov right now is Timbaland for leaking all those BP3 tracks (although I'm not sure he produced this one?).
