New Documentary: Brick City
This looks interesting...
Here's the plug:
"Brick City is an in-depth look at the challenges facing Newark, New Jersey and mayor Corey Booker. The show debuts on The Sundance Channel on Monday September 21 at 10pm for five consecutive nights. The show focuses on inner-city struggles and the resilient community leaders and residents of Newark."
And here's a preview clip from Episode 1 titled "Jada and Creep" which focuses on Jada, a longtime Blood gang member and her romance with Creep, a member of the Crips:
