Introducing new UK artist MPHO - "Box N Locks"
I f-cks with this solely on the basis of her sampling the 80's new wave hit, "Echo Beach" by Canadian group, Martha & The Muffins. Next of the black chicks doing beatastic alternative pop in the wake of Santigold, Janelle Monáe, J*Davey, Ebony Bones (did I post on her yet?), Joya Bravo (or her?), Melanie Fiona and yes, even Rihanna? I'm cosigning this movement CRAZY!
