Poisoned Waters premiered on PBS last night (I believe) but you can watch it online here.
FLOW (For the Love of Water) is an excellent documentary produced by Beastie Boy, Adam Yauch's Oscilloscope Pictures about how multinational corporations are insidiously trying to privatize and profit from the world's water supply. Worth watching.
