Video: J*Davey Live at the Afro Punk Festival
These guys are actually getting better but they still need something hookier to get them even as far as Santogold has gone. Jazmine Sullivan would probably be considered the gold standard for what they ought to be doing to succeed but even Janelle Monáe makes way better records than them right now and she still can't get her sh-t off they way it ought to despite all the critcial acclaim & tastemaker buzz she's gotten.
