Marie Digby's cover of The Game's "My Life"
I'm obviously wild late on this since it's from September and almost 2 million people have already watched it, but I'm figuring the people who come to this site are kind of like me and often miss massive viral pieces like this when are starting off.
Anyway, I like this, she's obviously beautiful and there's the incongruity of her singing this gangsta (but still poignant) rap record and giving it a Fiona Apple/Tori Amos(?)-esque twist, but there's still something slightly funny about this to me: like how you never actually see her playing the keys, I'm not saying it's not her playing for sure but it just looks I dunno, off the way it was shot....
BTW: this is not some undiscovered YouTube talent, she's a major label signed artist - still a cool cover though! [jacked from the comments section at Smoking Section]
