Unsigned R&B Hype: Jason Derulo
I've mentioned this kid before. Well now he's hooked up with MIMS hitmakers the Blackout Movement. Unsurprisingly (?) one of the first fruits of their collab relationship is "Hush," a track that essentially sounds like "This is Why I'm Hot" reimagined as an R&B song. Inspired or indicator of a distinct lack of originality & creativity at work here? Check it out for yourself and tell me what you think:
