Bush prognosticates on Iraq yet again from his bubble: the "direction of the fight is beginning to shift" in Iraq. Yeah, right!

A week ago Saturday: Bomb Blast Near Iraq Shrine Kills 37.
Monday: At Least 13 Iraqi Soldiers Killed in Ambush Near Mosul; Sadrists to Leave Cabinet.
Wednesday: Four Bombings in Baghdad Kill at Least 183 in Bloodiest Day Since U.S. Troop Increase.
And just today: Twin suicide bombings kill 13 in Baghdad.
No wonder Bush can't find a 'War Czar.' But finally to end, another question: as the Commander-in-Chief and a self-described 'war president', doesn't that mean you're in effect the War Czar already??
