Happy Troop Surge Day!
You thought he'd wait until he actually delivered the speech?? C'mon, fam - the troop surge is already under way.
'All the Troops in the World Won’t Make Any Difference' - Leon Panetta, member of the Iraq Study Group, says advocates of the Bush 'surge' once counseled against it.
